Draw time competitions will contact the winners via phone, video call, text and email. This will be carried out whilst on live stream

Participants of the draw will receive email confirmation on tickets purchased stating all relevant information. You can find your raffle number in your entries tab in your account

Unsubscribe from Draw Time Competitions at any point from our emails or from your online account

Draw Time Competitions has a cap of £5000 Monthly spend for each account if the limit is met you will not be able to purchase any further tickets

Where Draw time competitions is unable to contact the winner with the details provided, they have 30 days to claim their prize. If prize is not claimed within this time frame it will be re raffled at later date
